Through our Agricultural Development & Water Security projects, we:
Rehabilitate farmland for small-holder farmers.
Provide sustainable irrigation solutions.
Build clean water infrastructure for communities.
Empower locals with the tools to combat climate challenges.
Our goal is to create long-term solutions for communities most affected by conflict, disasters, and climate change.

These challenges devastate vulnerable communities, threatening their survival and well-being. But together, we can change their story.

Olive Tree Plantation
In the West Bank, our Olive tree plantation project provides seeds, fertiliser and farming equipment to smallholder farmers to assist them in growing olive and fruit trees. We also assist in providing local market access by which such farmers can sell produce for profit.

Kitchen Gardening
We are working with women in the Sindh region of Pakistan to provide them with equipment and training to grow staple vegetables that will not only produce food for consumption, but surplus will also be sold inside the community.

Irrigation Systems
The importance of fully functioning irrigation systems are vital to underpinning resilience in agricultural livelihoods. We are working with our teams on the ground to identify and begin project planning of irrigation systems in communities most affected by drought and desertification.

Water Wells
As a part of our water for life project, GRF has long been constructing water wells in several countries including hard to reach communities such as Hodeidah in Yemen, The Ouaddai region of Chad and Cox Bazar. Our networks have allowed us to bring water security to communities otherwise reliant on sporadic and short term water aid.
Our goal is to improve livelihoods and provide long-term solutions for vulnerable communities through sustainable agricultural development and reliable access to clean water.
Our projects focus on areas with the greatest need, including:
West Bank (Olive Tree Plantation)
Sindh, Pakistan (Kitchen Gardening)
Yemen, Chad, and Bangladesh (Water Wells)
Various regions facing drought and desertification (Irrigation Systems).
The Olive Tree Plantation provides seeds, fertilizers, and farming tools to smallholder farmers in the West Bank, helping them grow olive and fruit trees. We also support them in selling their produce at local markets.
The Kitchen Gardening initiative trains women in Sindh, Pakistan, to grow staple vegetables for their families and sell surplus produce, fostering economic independence.
We focus on building long-term solutions by:
Providing communities with training, tools, and resources to maintain projects independently.
Partnering with local teams to ensure efficient project management.
Developing systems like irrigation and water wells that require minimal upkeep while offering maximum impact.
The Donations directly support:
Purchasing farming equipment, seeds, and fertilizers.
Building and maintaining water wells and irrigation systems.
Training programs for farmers and women.
We ensure that funds are used efficiently, with maximum transparency.
By focusing on sustainable practices like irrigation systems, reforestation (olive tree planting), and empowering local agriculture, our projects strengthen communities against the effects of drought, desertification, and climate change.
